Well, today was 246. Which I think puts me at 40lbs down or very close to it. Walked 5k again today (3rd time this week) and went to the gym w/ John. My 40 pants are comfy now and it is about time to drill a couple more holes in the belt. Just would like to say that I appreciate the help you have/are giving me. Your help has probably helped as much as the surgery.

In July of 2009 we were ready for the big day and embarked on a life changing journey. Since having the surgery I have a enw found confidence, a desire to try new and different things, as well as an energized enthusiasm for life. Prior to surgery I never let my weight interfere with things I wanted to do - but never realized how hard those things were due to my weight. Life has become easy since my surgery. Everything has changed - from the thigs I do to the things I choose to eat. 10 months post - op I am within 11 pounds of the goal weight Dr. Stowers and I set back in January of 2009 and have never been as content with myself as I am at this point in the journey.
